Create a set for the play "Crimes of the Heart" by Beth Henley during a time period of the student's choosing.

Concept Statement

Although given a 1970s update with a heap of brown and yellow paint, this kitchen was built in the 1940s, as seen with the appliances. This old house was inherited by three granddaughters, although only one of them lives there. This play takes place entirely in the kitchen and revolves completely around the three women's lives, who have little regard to the world around them. The design emphasizes this. There is nothing beyond the kitchen on stage and hazy windows offer little view of the outside.
